The Monroe Community Coalition is an alliance of community members and agencies dedicated to improving the health and wellness of Monroe. We came together because we realized the issues of youth substance abuse and mental health are too big for any one person or agency to address on their own.
Our membership includes representatives from a mix of backgrounds, including: parents, non-profits, media, schools, police, health care, chemical dependency treatment, mental health, the faith community, youth and more! If you’re ready to make a difference for Monroe, we have a place for you!
We meet on the 2nd Thursday of each month at the Monroe Public Schools District Office on 200 E. Fremont Street. Meetings start promptly at 1pm and end at 2:30pm.
